A: We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date.

Q: What's included in the moving estimate?

A: Our estimates typically include 2 men, the truck and premium moving equipment.

Q: Are you insured?

A: Yes, all of our work is fully guaranteed. Please see t's&c's for what is covered and what isn't.

Q: How do you handle fragile items?

A: We use specialised packing materials and techniques including padded blankets and shrink wrap to ensure the safety of your fragile items.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept card, cash or transfer.

Q: Do you offer storage services?

A: Not at the moment.

Q: Can I pack my own belongings?

A: Absolutely, every bit of preparation helps.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We ask that clients let us know as soon as possible if plans change - At least 48 hours before moving day.
